My cousing got married at Ruthin Castle. Its a beautiful castle. The wedding was in a lovely big ceremony room, then gorgous photos in the grounds followed by a Medival Banquet in the evening!
It was a great day, and most of the guests stayed at the castles, the rooms weren't too expensive.

St David's Cathedral. Then you could say that you had been married in the cathedral church of the smallest city in the country.Full of history. It's possible to book the refectory for private parties in the evening.
