First thought: NO WAY!
Then read the question properly and I have to say that as long as you wear your lovely Versace aftershave, I think you can get away with the flip flops too.
Or why not invest in a pair of CROCS - I now have three pairs and they are the most comfortable footwear EVER!!!!

Nope, but I don't like thong even on a skinny guy or girl. Wear a speedo at least then you might be more comfortable and your cheeks will be covered. Remember less is more. Have a wonderful vacation.

Yes, there's no problem with a guy of any age wearing thong flip flops, just remember they can give you blisters in between your toes at first - go for the soft ones!

Go for it , what ever takes your fancy, but I've heard they ain't very comfy !!!!!!! And you know no one so no one can take the Micky in the pub when you get home , go on let your body breath, your not naked are you, so you should be OK, if you feel comfy in them , well there's your answer, enjoy.
