Forget the stupid answers, Taxi from the airport to Naema bay, which is around 15 min drive should be in the range of L.E50. You need to bargain and agree a rate before you take the taxi. There is no set tarrif and they will try to get as much money out of you they can. Expect them to ask for as much as $100. a FAIR tarrif should be L.E50 but do not exceed L.E100, which is around $20.

50 L.E about 10$ is actually the price for that distance if u will go to centre of the city. and that price could be paid by egyptian local people so cause u are forginer u may pay bit more so maximum u not need pay more than 70L.E.
anthor point you should agree with the driver for the price before u catch the taxi, this very important thing.
if you would like ask about something more u can contact back anytime.

i was there last year. make a deal before riding. Tell the taxi driver you will pay 50 egyptian pounds. If you want to add 10 or 15 as a tip it would be good.
The airport is near to the city.
1 uk pound = 11 egyptian pounds.

You've got to barter with them, ensure you set the fare before getting in the cab,

example, i have a journey in Cairo the driver asked for 20 Egypt pounds, in the end he settled for 2.

its like that for most things, or it was,

good luck.

I visited there, if you're not Arab they will try to charge you more and you'll probably pay it because you probably don't speak the language ( but I could be wrong) lucky for me i speak it and my cousins do haggle with them.. that's what people do their.. so good luck =]... usually its some where between 30 and 50 LE... which is about like 7 to 10 dollars..

Most hotels have their shuttle buses working the airport, so check with the hotel you are going to be staying at. If they can't send you a bus, they'll send a cab to pick you up from the airport. They have drivers holding signs with the names of the folks they are supposed to pick up after you exit the airport terminal.

I think that would be your safest bet. At least you will be with someone who will get you to your hotel safely.
