I am a big fan and I saw the episode of course. Tell me...what did you guys think? I thought it was a great episode! I can't believe that Michelle is the one responsible for stealing the body organs!!! OMG!!! That Biatch!!! I'm kinda glad though...she's not too nice and seems to have been causing problems ever since she bought the business. I'm hoping that when this secret comes out, she wil be ruined and Dr. Troy and Dr. McNamara can get their business back! BTW, do you think Dr. Troy will ever stop being such a man whore??? He's sooo hot, but he's such a skank!!! I kinda hope he gets to his senses and settles down with a normal woman! What do you think about the show???

It makes sense that Michelle turned out to be in on the organ harvesting. She seems to have the sociopathic qualities to do such a thing and plus she is being blackmailed. And, she had to get rid of Liz for a while to play off the whole lesbian thing. I thought that Rosie O'Donnell's cameo as the lottery winner was a hoot. I doubt that Christian will ever stop be such a man whore (and now a prostitute), he is too damaged as a person and his antics (and butt shots) always keep the audiences' attention.

The show is great a bit serious a little humor and a lot of scandal. I love it. Rosie O'Donnell was great as poor white trash with money. OMG is right with Michelle she is something else. I never knew you could get plastic surgery on your hands. What will they come up with next. Dr Troy has to stay being a skank its what makes me tune in for more. I love the show

I think the show gets rating because of shock value. Seems kind of desperate to me....I have a hard time watching shows that feel the need to shock me in every scene in order to keep my attention.
