I'm afraid we are 4d beings as our 'selves' can be measured as existing in quantum co-ordinated points. 'Here then, there later', what I believe you are referring to is the absence of time as a constant entity, or non sequential entity, therefore time exists instantaneously, start, beginning and end all as one.

We are 4d beings and time is the 4th dimension. We don't "simultaneusly" see an event begin, occur and end because "simultaneusly" means "in the same point of time". Just like we don't see in the same point in space our left hand and our rigth hand. So, when you think about it in the same way we can see every part of our body in different places in the space we can see our body in different moment of time, of course the problem is that the time travel seems to be always in the same direction (from past to future), the space travel can be done in any direction.

Of course, space/time relationship is bent 360 degrees in a 4d environment. In essence, there isn't any time and everything would therefore happen at the same instance.

We *are* 4D beings. If we weren't, we would be born and die within an infinitesimally small amount of time.
