Try looking at Title XXIII of the state statutes: http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Index&Title_Request=XXIII#TitleXXIII

Not a dumb question at all.

Check with the Fla. DMV or DOT website for the requirements. However some states no longer allow this conversion. Once you have all the required equipment, the motorcycle will need to be inspected. The links below offer dual-sport kits to convert off-road motorcycles to street-legal.

Most important you will have to prove you own the motorcycle. If you bought it new you'll have to provide the MSO and a copy of the sales receipt to prove you paid the sales tax.

If you bought it used the previous owner should have provided you with either a title (if it was previously registered), a bill-of-sale or the MSO (if it was never registered). If not you'll need to have the VIN researched, to prove the bike is not stolen. Your local law-enforcement agency usually provides this service for a small fee. You'll also have to pay sales tax based on either the amount you paid for the bike or the book value of the bike (different states have different policies).

Does KTM make a street legal version? If so thats what you need (probably including generator, carburettor and exhaust) If its a two stroke, aint going to happen. Friend was going to buy a XR650 Honda but the cost to convert in Florida was, in his opinion excessive. He bought the XL 650 instead. Its possible but probably not cheap

Can't speak for the state of Florida, but in the state of Michigan it has to have at least a 250cc engine and must have a headlight, a brake light, and turn signal lights. You can try Googling "Florida Vehicle Code" and see what comes up...

Matthew 28:19 bypass therefore and make disciples of each and every of the international locations, baptizing them in the call of the daddy and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Mark 16:15 bypass into each and every of the international and carry forth the gospel to each and every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be kept; yet he who does no longer believe will be condemned. 17 And those indicators will keep on with those who believe: In My call they are going to solid out demons; they are going to communicate with new tongues Acts 2:38 Then Peter suggested to them, 'Repent, and enable each and every individual of you be baptized in the call of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and also you shall receive the present of the Holy Spirit.' Acts 8:12 yet even as they believed Philip as he preached the failings on the concern of the dominion of God and the call of Jesus Christ, both adult males and women individuals were baptized. Acts 8:16 For as yet He had fallen upon none of them. that they had in elementary words been baptized in the call of the Lord Jesus. Acts 10:40 8 And he commanded them to be baptized in the call of the Lord. Acts 19:5 even as they heard this, they were baptized in the call of the Lord Jesus. Acts 22:16 'And now why are you waiting? upward push up and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the call of the Lord.' truly, the above is only a glimpse because such fairly some extra verses denote this as a command through Jesus. we are all born into this international through the stain of unique sin, after we are Baptized unique sin is washed away. The above is why that's so major to have a touch one/toddler baptized! to disclaim a touch toddler this superb present Jesus applied is unhappy. God bless'
