Messiness and maturity are two totally different concepts. Some very mature people are extremely messy, some very immature people are neat freaks and compulsive about being tidy. But the bigger question is, why does it bother you? Do they keep their mess in their own space (i.e., in their own cubicle or on their own desk) or is it something you have to share? If the latter, have you ever asked them not to spill over into common space? If the former, you don't have to worry about it as it impinges on nothing but your aesthetic sensibilities.

Sorry, but it's hard to take a question on maturity seriously when you're spelling like that ... anyway a lot of times a person's maturity has nothing to do with their age. People who are irresponsible when they are younger are probably going to be irresponsible when they are older - it's personality, not chronology.

I know what you are talking about because I use have a job where all the girls(suppose to be women) acted like that . Basically it is because they have fail to grow up and they have no life and have to keep up drama in order to function in everyday life.

Some people-and their age doesn't matter-are cleaver, and some are stupid. It is ridicules indeed for old people-who couldn't think normally during their whole life-to say that they are cleverer then others because they are older.

you would think that yes, but do they NO. it seems they want the younger ones to clean up after them like we're their personal servants or something, then treat us like crap if we refuse. it's a crappy world in that regard, and doesn't seem to get any better anywhere.
