No you can't see the BCC but the person to whom the BCC is sent can see you, that's the use of BCC

No that is the whole point of BCC. It means Blind Carbon Copy. It is specifically so that you can't see it.

No, the purpose is to NOT allow the recepient to see who the sender is copying.
