these organization don't do pick up and I don't drive to take it to them.

The Salvation Army does pick up.
Also try the Veterans Assoc. and a place called Value Village if you are in Md.

You could call your neighborhood Churches , They will come to pick up clothes , food even furniture for the needy in your community

"Savers" is the Epilepsy Foundation... they actually drive TO YOU and pick it up.
I have been told "Goodwill" also drives to you or at least in some parts of the country
