depends on how long ago it happened. ask doctor about emergency contraception. recommended to be taken within 72 hrs and prevents pregnancy about 80-85% of the time. if it has been longer than 72 hrs she can still take it as it has been shown to be effective up to 120 hrs but the exact percentage may be lower than if taken within 72 hrs

Plan B!! if it was last night or the day before she needs to go get the morning after pill, also known as Plan B!!! every day you wait lowers the odds it will work so hurry up.. it's not very expensive!.. and she should get on the pill if you guys aren't going to use protection... or you should go get a vasectomy.. but I'm betting you want kids one day :P

someone up top said the Plan B pill was 70ish bucks.. maybe it changes from region to region because here it's only 30 something..

Avoid it? Isn't it funny how men can say AVOID IT? What? You wanna run away? OH... you wanna shove huge doses of hormones down her throat? How about avoiding pregnancy by acting as if HER health is more important than your pleasure. If you are choosing to have sex, you are choosing to place your self into "grown-up size"choices... you, my dear, made a pre-schooler's choice.

You can take the morning after pill up to 72 hours after the sex. This prevents conception. She'll have to go to a doctor. Other than that,do that right thing, abortion isnt the answer. The morning after pill islike 75 dollars.
