Yahoo Pagebuilders?

Hey- I have been elected to re-vamp our webpage at the office. I know very little about this. We are working with YahooPagebuilders. What I am running into is my page is all over on the left side. Can anyone tell me why?

It's not squished, it's all just over to one side.

One reason for everything to be squished to the left could be that you have all your text in the left column of a table.
Another reason could be that evertything is squished in a frame.
There's no way to tell without seeing it (and the code behind it).
