Well, it depends where.
In downtown expect about 2-5000 000 czk (1 us dollar = 22 czk) for a flat of 100 square metres.
In a suburb much less.
If you want to rent one, you d pay about 500 usd/monthly or more.
Well most of the people pay less, but they got some contract you know...
