Well, it depends where.
In downtown expect about 2-5000 000 czk (1 us dollar = 22 czk) for a flat of 100 square metres.
In a suburb much less.
If you want to rent one, you d pay about 500 usd/monthly or more.
Well most of the people pay less, but they got some contract you know...

I stay in Cincinnati OH, I also have a effective a million mattress room apt. with correct air and a dishwasher and disposal. as quickly as I moved in it had sort new carpet and new flooring in the kitchen and bathing room and that i pay $470. that consists of my puppy lease (I also have a cat). yet I lucked out, i think of maximum residences in my section equivalent to mine are somewhat greater priced.
