I am new to the Colon cleansing thing. I was wondering if there was a natural way (by foods and juices only) that I could do a flush/cleansing of my colon.

I was told that my breath smells funny (like moth balls and poo) because I needed a cleansing. Is that true?

Bad Breath
Definition:
Smelly breath also referred to as halitosis.

Cause:
In speaking of constipation and the need for three bowel movements a day: The wiser way is to work on the cause by unplugging and cleaning out the sewer line so there will be no more backing up of sewage. Within the human body, we find a sewage line that is backed up (constipation) and the horrible odor of halitosis comes out the front door (the mouth) as it is opened. If someone said, "Your breath is horrible," the average person works on the effect, and in order to cover up the bad breath, pops in a mint or runs for the mouth wash. If someone said--"Whew-you need a bath, the smell from your body is awful," you work on the effect again and use underarm deodorant, perfumes, colognes, etc., and never think of cleaning up the cause, and thus having a permanently sweet smelling body and breath.

Herbal Aids:
1. Bad Breath, Indigestion, or Poor Digestion: Carry cloves in pocket and chew on them, but go into the cause to get rid of the bad breath.

2. Myrrh:Take a little myrrh internally.

3. See formula for bad breath using myrrh and golden seal.

4. Cleansing the Bowel: When a person suffers from halitosis or bad breath, this is simply nature's way of saying, "You have a toxic bowel condition.”

5. Parsley: The whole herb is effective against bad breath and people who take garlic often take Parsley to avoid offending.

6. Spearmint: It would serve as a gargle for bad breath and sore gums and mouth.

7. Cloves: These are sometimes chewed to temporarily treat bad breath, although their carminative and digestive properties may help to get to the cause

U might need cleansing. I am not sure of colon cleansing by food...but i know a way using herbal products...or better said using certain supplement.

Take herbal laxatives tablets before u go to sleep, 3 night in a row. U wake and do ur stuff(poo). U will notice ur poo slightly different from ur norm...this is because ur colon is eliminating all the toxin that have been sticking in ur colon walls.

Drinks lots of water and takes fibre supplement(because it's impossible to take enough from ur diet). Fiber will helps in ur toxic elimination and bowel movement®ularity.

For the first month, u may want to repeat this process twice. The next month, u just do this regularly, once a month. It helps.

About ur breath, usually bad breath or halitosis, is cause by some abnormalities either in ur nose, mouth, throat, down to ur stomach.
So, u have to check whether u have any cavities in ur teeth, if u have runny nose, sinusitis, abnormal spit, etc.

Good luck...

There is no practical use for colon cleansing. It is a bunch of crap. Just think about it for a minute. Your body is a marvelous collection of systems and organs that works seamlessly to provide you with the nourishment you need to live. If this is so why would it be necessary to cleanse your colon. What would our ancestors have done?
Colon cleansing started in the U.S. by a guy named Kellogg. Yea the cereal guy. It was a bunch of hooey designed to separate you from your money. You should watch The Road to Wellville it is a movie about the whole operation. As long as there is no intestinal blockage ( which caused extreme pain) there is no need to cleanse your colon. Bad breath is usually caused by a problem in the mouth (infection, bacteria acting on stuff trapped between the teeth etc) if it is a problem you should see a doctor and find out what is causing it, not some idiot who wants to charge you $$$ to do something that doesn't need doing.

The average person walks around with 2-4lbs of undigested food in their stomach & colon. Some more than others.the best way to deal with this problem is to go to GNC or another health store and get Multi Enzyme Formula.Take a couple before each meal & three before bed. This sounds sick but the smell is coming from the gases of the bacteria that is feeding off this undigested food.Follow these instructions and you.ll be fine in about 4-7 days.

Salt water flush:

On an empty stomach (preferably upon waking) dissolve two teaspoons of sea salt (regular salt won't work) in a quart of (preferably warm) water. Drink the entire quart.

Since the salt water has the same specific gravity as the blood, the kidneys can't pick up the water and the blood cannot pick up the salt, so it goes directly to your digestive tract and washes you out.

I know cranberry juice is cleansing for the bladder, so I would think it can help all the way through. If your breath is bad and you have no teeth problems and good dental hygiene you may have a medical issue. I would recommend you speak to a doctor then.

for the breath, I suggest Chlorophyll tablets and charcoal pills. You can get these at drug or health food stores.
