It depends on who is requesting the ID. If it is a goverment office I can almost guarantee you a school ID will not work. A valid TX ID is an identification card issued by the state of Texas, should include your picture and signature.

Good luck!

A school I.D. card is not considered valid I.D. anywhere except in your school.

Valid I.D. would be a passport, drivers license or age of majority card.

Go to the DMV and have your picture taken and they will make you an I.D. That is a valid Texas I.D.

Depends. "Valid ID" tends to refer to an official, DMV-issued card, but if you are a minor, a school ID should suffice. This excludes standardized testing requirements.

well, if you have a driver's license..always use that. but if you're going to the DPS or something like that, I would bring anything you have because they're always making new rules and it;s better to be safe than sorry. sometimes you even need a copy of birth certificate/social security card. just don't lose it
