I would sign it.
I would also go a step further and state that we should, as a nation, decide on what age is adulthood! To me, it is a travesty to call an 18 year old male as an adult needing to register for the draft and yet not an adult, entitled to partake in an alcoholic beverage.
18 or 21. I car not which, but lets choose one and apply it equittably!

i would sign that but many states are lowering the age of consent.i had heard there are a few stated that are lowering the age to 9 and 11 what the heck man. those are children and they dont understand sex at all

I would sign it, ONLY if you ammend it to one thing. I think it should be 1, if your 18, and 2, if your MARRIED, lol BUT, I was married at age of 15 and a half, so would I be banned from myslef? LOL
