Ok, ask a Doctor and he will tell you that holding in Urine can be used to strengthen the bladder muscles and is advised as an exercise to help people with bladder control problems.

No thats is true, although it is advisable not to hold it because apparently if you constantly hold your piss or poo then this is linked to bowel problems etc. Basically the more you hold it the more it stretches and puts strain on your bladder and bowels etc and this can cause problems like infections, bleeding etc

No this is not true ! ! But it is a good thing to have good bladder control, but holding your piss in for too long can also lead to health problems with your kidneys etc.
