I dreamt that I was taking a walk and I see this guy (I know him in real life) eating at a restaurant but I don't want him to see me so I'm walking away. But suddenly I realize that he sees me and I start to run and he starts to follow me. So I'm running and suddenly all these people appear in front of me and splash water in my face so I'm obliged to turn around and I see him standing there. With the water already on the ground now, I slipped and fell on him and he kissed me. Does anyone know what it could mean?

Sounds like you really like this guy but are scared to confront him or tell him you like him. You wish something "magical" or unexpected could happen just so you can meet him. Kindof like the fairy tale ending where the girl falls into the arms of the man she has secretly liked for a long time and everything is great because he responds just the way she wants him to.

First of all, I am not sure in reality how you feel about this guy. It will be better if you tell us. Anyway, here it goes.
Kiss = intimate action
People splashing water = discouraged from your own conscience
My guess is that you may have crush with this individual.
It sounds like a dream of relationship. Your dream implies that you do not have courage in front of people and you may be shy.
In your subconscious mind, getting to know someone you have feeling for is not that easy. So, you avoided being seen in your dream. I'm going to take a stab at it and say that you have feelings for him but you'd really like him to pursue you. Maybe you are wondering if he notices you. I'm not superstitious or anything but water usually represents sex in a dream.
One way I learned to interpret my own dreams is to tell the dream aloud to myself from the stand point of every pertinent person and object, one at a time. Try that and you will recognize in the language that you use, what this all means to you. Remember feelings aren't bad, it's what we do about them that counts.

I'm no expert but it sounds to as though......since water is the realm of emotion and you are runnig away from him......you might not know it yet but you could be in love with him or at least have strong feeling for him that you are hiding. The people splashing water on you could be your subconcious telling you to wake up and face it.
