i am looking to find an acre or more of land w/mobile home or modular home..or structurally sound building for retirement home purposes. not looking for investment land. i have large dogs, love to garden & have grandchildren living in that area that i wish to live close to. need small 2b/1b home . i am on a limited retirement income, & have only $40k to invest for downpmt purposes..do not want/need mortgage over $36k. i am experienced in cosmetic restoration. have need of as level a property as possible.
have no desire to live in a city/town. country/undeveloped area needed.

Get on line with the Charlotte observer newspaper. So many people advertise there because it is so popular. people can even list on line for free. Find a Realtor to help you too. Good luck from north of Charlotte close to Salisbury!!
