Baise-moi (2002) is a French film very loosely compared to Thelma and Louise mainly due to the premise; two women, 1 a prostitute and 1 a rape victim, both having killed a man go on a retributional rampage through France using sex to lure and kill. The sex is explicit and caused outrage when it was first released, being removed from the cinema until it had been rated X (usually given to porn films). Don't bother watching the film as it is poorly written, directed and acted.
9 Songs (2004) might be the other one you were thinking about. It was directed by, i think, Michael Winterbottom and tells the story of a relationship from first meeting through to break up. The film uses their sexual relationship to tell the story along with the 9 songs of the title. This is an altogether different approach to sex than Baise-moi, even though 9 songs is explicit it is an extremely adult and intelligent approach to the subject.

There was a French film that I think was called "Baise Moi" ("F*ck Me"), which has been described as "'Thelma and Louise' with penetration".
You might also be thinking of Vincent Gallo's last film, "The Brown Bunny", where actress Chloe Sevigny performs fellatio on the director/star of the film.

If it's Base Moi that you're thinking about do yourself a favour and don't bother. It's a pile of sh.ite. You'd be better off just downloading some porn off the internet. It will have more of a storyline and be better acted.

It is called 9 Songs - you can rent it at Choices, it is a very mediocre film. It is not very erotric either.
