I don't know, Prof. I just spent some time with someone today who took a phone call, and wrote their name again and again while chatting. It seemed odd.

I fill in the center of letters on the note pad. It might say." things to do today" and I'll fill in the center of the o's the d, g, and a. I've done it since I was a child.

Be careful here doodlers.
There's a pack of psychologists panting and straining at the leash just to get a look at your doodles.
From the scribbles they can tell so many things about you that you will never have to strip in the doctor's surgery again!!

Country scenes. Starts with trees and just grows depending on how much time and space I have. It helps keep my brain alert if I'm listening to a boring speaker.
Someone actually asked to keep one of my pastorial doodles once! LOL

Little robots, cartoon aliens, little men stabbing each other with knives whilst crying, birds pecking walruses to death, swarms of bees consuming the whole Earth. Torment, despair and all encompassing sorrow. That kind of thing.

Lizzie, I do cartoon characters...I creat funny faces etc.....I also have an addicton for creating mini animations in notebooks (flicking the pages afterwards to watch the show I have made). Bit daft really....what does it mean oh great one?!

If its a boring meeting then lots of boxes, then change boxes to triangles, then colour in half of each.
Other times its faces with big noses to make me smile

lots of four petal flowers that i draw closely together so it just looks like one big massive doodle!
