Even though you have called your Office, you should write them a letter. Putting complaints in writing have a way of getting done. Fax it to them, then call and make sure they got it. Tell them that this is the third (or whatever) time that you have requested that they take care of this problem. Inform them in the letter that you are trying to go through the proper channels to get this taken care of, but that you will be forced to call the police is the issue is not resolved by them (the Office). This way your problem and intentions are clearly drawn out for them. Keep a copy for yourself so that you can make sure that no one can claim that you didn't send it. Don't be afraid to call the police (non emergency number please). You are not bothering them. It's their job to enforce the law. They will tell you what they can do to help.
Good Luck!

I think you've done everything you can short of calling the police. If you have asked the office to help you, TWICE, it's time to get the police involved. I did this once before. Bass is the most annoying sound, and I couldn't get my infant to sleep because it was so loud. The police were very helpful. Good luck!

Actually, if you have notified the management company in writing and they are not doing anything, you only have two options:
1) Give your notice and move. Do you really want to live in a complex where the management does not listen to and remedy tenant issues?
2) Call the police and report a noise complaint. Most cities have noise regulations in effect 24 hours per day, not just from 10PM to 7AM.

Stop calling the office and start sending certified letters.
Threaten to withold rent because you no longer have "quiet enjoyment" of the property. You are paying to live there peacefully, not to suffer.
Have you tried talking to your neighbor about the situation? If you have and they still do it, its time to start calling the cops.

Tell the office that it is their responsiblity to make sure the rent you pay gives you a quiet respectable place to live. If they cannot provide that then they need to let you know. Tell they if this keeps up, you will have to get the police involved.

Call the police. These people obviously have no respect for you or the apartment management. Good luck.

you may have to call the police, but if at all possible let the rental office deal with it.

duct tape their front door shut, stand outside the door and yell...FIRE!!! That will get their attention. Once they are able to get out the door and scramble outside, you will be free to walk into their apartment and take an aluminum bat to the offending stereo. Best of luck!!

I would give you the links that the US government has provided to the public answering your question but yahoo answers says that providing links with the proper answers to questions is spamming and they rather just have written answers from sources that are not qualified to provide such answers
