Do your boobs grow after stopping the pill?

have been on the pill pretty much for the last 6 years. I just stopped the beginning of september and my boobs have grown about 2 sizes in that time... (from d to almost e) I am 23 so i figured they were pretty much done growing. Anyone else get that?

your boobs don't grow after the pill unless you are PMS or PREGNANT
