A miscarriage occurs early in the pregnancy. If the baby dies later in the pregnancy, it is called a fetal demise which results in a still birth.

But if you're asking if there is a "safe" point in a pregnancy, no, not really. You can lose a baby right up to the due date, and even after delivery.

I have known people in their second trimester to have a miscarriage. I have also known of a few people who lost the baby near the end of the pregnancy, however it is not really a miscarriage then since you would have to go through labor and deliver a still born baby. I dont mean to concern you as these situations are not very common. Most likely you will have a normal healthy pregnancy.

2-20 weeks it is called a miscarriage after 20 weeks if the baby dies it is a called a still birth. Still birth is not very common so don't worry - once you make it past 12 weeks there is only a 5% chance of miscarriage

You can misscary at anytime. You are most likely to miscarry within the 1st 3 months. Many women miscarry so early they don't even know they are pregnant. You are pretty much in the clear by the 6th month although it does still happen, it is more rare and usually do to a birth defect or some other contributing factor. Technically you can miscarry at birth. At which time it is called a still born. I hope you are not having this issue. My cousin miscarried at 5 months. I will pray for you.
