Actually there is a growing latino Muslim population so we might have Muslim baseball players soon.
Remember, just because they don't have a Muslim name doesn't mean they aren't Muslim.

Basketball is more popular of a sport world wide compared to Baseball. It makes sense that it would attract a wider range of players of all nationality and religion.

It a religion choice, not a sport choice. I don't see many Jewish or Amish players by the same token. Still Islam is becoming the 2nd mos tpopular faith in the world.

Baseball players come from latin america where most are catholic. Most basketball players are african americans who are muslim.

Um, there aren't that many muslim baseball players because mexicans don't usually take up that religion.
