If your husband subscribes to a traditionally male-oriented magazine or visited a related website (about sports, for example) or even made online purchases of "youthful" items like CDs or men's clothing his e-mail address may have been sold or co-opted by porn vendors. Without any other evidence, give him the benefit of the doubt and put your mind at rest. The world is full of disgusting spam that does not always reflect the choices or predilections of the recipient.

I have NEVER gone to one of those sites and I get their email all the time. These @$$holes phish email address from various sites and the fun begins.
I've gotten breast enlargement emails and my wife has gotten penis enlargement emails. Now go figure that one! These sites are 'shotgunning'. Not only that, but myself AND the wife have received calls from Great Expectations.
If you were to see a 'Get A Home Loan' email would you assume that he's house shopping? I get about a thousand emails a day, of which well over 99% goes into my Bulk folder, and most are total BS. I get everything from 'Hot Virgin Teens to 'Win a Free Laptop'.
Don't worry. This is what we call 'much ado about nothing'.

If they are coming from a wide variety of sites, then chances are that they are because he has been there. Go to one of the sites, register yourself and search for him by zip code and age or some other defining info and see if he has a profile on one of the sites. Just be sure to set up an email account some place that you can use to verify your account info through that is not your regular account and you do not start getting all the email too...

You have good reason to be suspicious, cause i would probably feel the same way. But I have gotten the same e-mails in my inbox (and they are still coming) from those places and i have never even been there. The internet spam mail people are very tricky and they can get your e-mail address from just about anywhere. But i would reccomend bringing it up in just a casual conversation and see what he says.

GOOD LUCK

I get spam from sex stuff a lot and I'm not on those webpages...but if you visit a site like that, your likely to get more spam in that topic.

I get those too and from about as many as he gets. I have not visited any singles sites so there is no reason for me to get them. I have also gotten messages saying they saw me on IM, which I don't have.

It's totally possible that it's spam. I get bizarre stuff in my email too. Sometimes when you sign up for one thing, they sell your email info to other places...you know, in case you need a penis pump or something....lol
