Try to think about positive things, like the new life growing inside you.

Sounds like your hormones are really being affected. But be honest with yourself, did you have these feelings before the pregnancy? You need to first of all talk to your doctor and see what he/she recommends. Please do so because you need to keep this in check and be aware of postpartum depression.
I know it sounds trite but think of all the happiness you have in your life and how much joy this baby will bring you. No matter what crap you have going on a baby is a new beginning and you will be the most influential person in his/her life. And remember death is not a bad thing, your grandma and boyfriend are in a better place, although it hurts those left behind who have loved them in this life, they want you to be happy and live your life to the fullest. Good Luck.

You are distracting yourself with the loss of these people and cat. What is the bigger issue?

Stress is not good for the baby. Studies have shown mothers who are stressed during pregnancy have a higher chance of having complications and the child is more likely to be born with defects and/or disorders.

Write country music songs about your experiences. You will get rich! If you put a little twisted humor into some of the songs, you'll become even richer! And if you're feeling this way during your pregnancy, I can only IMAGINE what you're going to feel during your postpartum depression. Keep a diary.

It's your hormones. They are all out of whack when you are pregnant and for a while afterwords. Talk to your doctor. See what he says.
