My boyfriend and I have been dating for a few months now. And we don't just love each other, we are "in love". Whenever we are apart I feel lost, when were together there is magic. He's so wonderful to me. I have just gotten over a terrible sickness that left me in the hospital for over 3 months a little over a year ago. After extensive physical therapy, I have regained my health, and am now in better condition than I have been in years. My one thing is, I'm still on oxygen, for a couple of more months. My boyfriend is so sweet. I hate going out in public because of it, but he encourages me to go, and to get back to my normal life. He even carries it for me, and is always there when I need him. I feel so blessed to having him in my life. And, he feels the same way about me.The one thing we don't have is a lot of $. I don't need a diamond to know that he loves me. I'm perfectly happy with a diamonique from QVC. How do I make him understand, that I love him for who he is ?

appreciate him, don't ever break his heart. a good guy is hard to come by.
make him feel loved by cooking for him, cleaning his apartment for him, surprise him with hidden love notes, hold his hands in public, introduce him to your family, make him a homemade gift, give him hugs often, tell him everyday that you are thankful to meet him, call him just to say i love you, organise a get-together for his and your family, simple things that don't cost much are the sweetest.
Always be patient with his flaws and appreciate his good points. make him breakfast in bed, surprise him with flowers or just turn up at his workplace to have lunch together. there are so many romantic things that you can think of that does not require money.
i would advise you to hold on to this guy always, tell him how sweet he is and how he makes you feel. any guy would be so happy and honoured to hear that coming fm his gf. and i am glad you are not materialistic.
take care of each other and love will take care of both of you.:)

First off Congratulations on finding such agreat guy! Some men seem to have it in their head that they want to give their girl the best and ther'es not much you can do if he has convinced himself that. I tried to do the same thing and it just didn't work. I don't really know how you could show him but you could try writing hima letter. I find words that are seen on paper seem to register harder and are processed better. Congratulations again, I hope this helps!

ignore about him or in simple terms be polite. you're busy and may no longer waste some time in simple terms because now he needs to spark some thing up. Has he gotten the effect that you're a particular guess? whats up, he's your ex for a reason. i'd keep him an ex.

It sounds like you are both very blessed. There are not many people who share the kind of bond the two of you do.
Don't worry about not having a lot of money, ...money does very little in regards to ensuring happiness.
