Good skin (foundation!)

long lashes (mascara)

for some reason, eyebrow powder REALLY helps frame the face; pluck ur brows to a nice shape, and if they are light or sparse, fill in w/ powder..it makes a huuuge difference!!!

i'd say eyeliner, i like black or dark green (liquid is good, or gel w/ brush)

blush on cheekbones!!!

if ur talking about a brand, i don't think it really matters, as long as u find the right colors. good luck!
