Hi! I don't think I need to go into detail, but if you listen to the lyrics it is very sexual in nature. Milkshake is just a way to say....I'm hot and I got all the right moves....in and out of bed.

At the end of the movie Dodgeball, Ben Stiller shakes his boobs to that song. I thought it was boobs. Also boobs can have "milk" so when you're shakin' 'em maybe it's a milkshake. IDK, but I also hate that song.
