A jack, a jack stand, a filter wrench, a container to catch the old oil, an adjustable wrench for the oil plug and the proper amount of oil and a filter.

What kind of machine are you doing the change on ?
Mostly the replacement oil, new clean filter and a disposal container for the old oil. NEVER dump in the gutter or storm drain ( kills the fish downstream )
Maybe some new gaskets if it is a large motor like a car or truck.

oil, oil filter, oil pan, a thing to get the oil filter off, a few rags, something to either lift the car or if it is a truck, to get under it. I think that's it.
