There are a gazillion variables missing that impact this answer. Not knowing what type of job, work environment, duties etc I will share with you this. A good response might be "am I hearing you want me to share my weak points in relation to the position or in terms of who I am as a worker. Is this what you meant?" This will cause the interviewer to be specific. Either way, you want to respond "I considered what others may deem weak to be my best and worst attribute". Now whatever this weakness is you communicate how it can be best and how it can be the worst. Example: I am a person who sets daily goals toward tackling my workload. It is my worst or "weak" attribute when it creates a sense of urgency for me that I may not get everything done that I have setout to do for the day. However it is my best attribute because I foresee and comprehend my priorities daily.

My weakness is that I want my work done right in a timely manner, and I make sure it's done that way, but I would not let that hinder my job performance.

Another one is: "I tend to be a 'by the rules' person...sometimes resenting people who don't follow the rules set by the company." That always gets 'em. My fave is: I'm usually too early to work!

Perfectionist
Workaholic
Sometimes I take work things personally and care about them too much

These are all "faults" that would sound good to an employer.
