Well I went to Dutchess Community College and now I took a withdrawl because I wanted to move back to North Carolina to finish school. So the school is telling me that I am going to have to pay everything back. But they said that the loan I made from citi bank can cover it. I Need Help Please. Oh yeah can I also use my loan for the spring semster in N.C.?

Your loan should cover it. As for transferring, you just have to go to the school that you will be applying to and tell them. Show them who your lender is at thier financial aid office and that should pretty well take care of it. Most loans are willing to do that. Good Luck!!!
