At the end of The Notebook, when the two lovers are together when...well I don't want to spoil it, but that is the most touching moment ever. Makes me cry each time I see it.

I agree the Notebook was touching but I'd have to go with "The March of the Penguins" as the most touching I've seen in awhile. The entire movie was amazing. Who knew there was that much love and community in the middle of the Antarctic… not mention how they filmed everything!
The funniest I've seen would be one scene from "Fandango" (you'd really have to be a movie head to know the reference). For anyone who's seen the movie, it is the entire scenario at the airport and the skydiving (I'm a private pilot so it is really funny for me).
Tear Jerker: "Pay It Forward," the final scene where everyone gathers at their house.
Most thought provoking: "Radio," the entire movie. Cuba Gooding Jr. did an excellent portrayal of his character. A Beautiful Mind is a close second.

One of the best things I have seen was in Star Wars Episode 3 when Anakin Skywalker turns into Darth Vader. I thought that was really cool! Also, near the end of Return of the Jedi, when
Darth Vader picks up the Emperor and throws him down, that is one of my favorite scenes.

American Pie- when he put the porn movie in and squirts glue on his hand instead of lube and ends up running around with the movie stuck to one hand and his other hand stuck to his.....c'mon thats funny stuff.
