Can't seem to find it in any dictionaries but there are a number of websites which use it (though admittedly some seem to _mean_ 'turbulence'!) so it might be that it's not a word made up for the film "A Knight's Tale"!

Its def made up, if you google it there are loads of articles about how its a made up word!

Its a good word tho!

I think it was a made up word cause you are right when you try to loo it up you get turbulence as a spelling suggestion

Urban Dictionary says that is means "a tumultuous explosion of persona resulting in a feeling of total envelopment by another person's presence."

Well, I'm not sure, but I don't think it's a real word. Made up, I suppose.
