NOTHING removes stretch marks. They might (if you are lucky) fade over time, but all and all, you are stuck.

no. nothing removes stretch marks i'm afraid!
They do fade in time and go a faint silvery colour!!
But they don't go!!
Getting something like cocoa butter on the skin before you get stretch marks helps. but once they're there. They're there for good!
On good note. My stretch marks only became obvious when I lost loadsa weight so if this is the same in your case!
Congratualtions!!

Nope..
Stretch marks occur when your body suddenly goes through changes and it cannot detox its cells properly becuase of that... so nope, exercising will not really remove stretch marks.
You may want to try some products that help your skin detox.. I am using petalsence EGA and it is working great on my scars and stretch marks.
i also did a full body detox and found my pregnancy stretch marks lighten and start to disappear..

No. You can actually get stretch marks from exercising. Try pregnancy cream or Maderma for scars. Liquid vitamin E also works to fade them.

i dont think exercising can remove stretch marks. use stretch marks cream, but can only lighten it and not remove it. stretch mark can not be removed.

First, lose weight. You can't get rid of stretch marks; they are scars from your skin being stretched and ripped. There are diets you can use to get rid of the cellulite though.

Xercising doesn't. Cosmetic treatments do. try various creams. Go with cocoa butter, Avon's creme for stretchmarks. The best are ones that contain poison ivy inside, but I don't know are they called that way on English, like in my country... Sea alges (herbs) are great too...

Sweetie, just face it other than laser surgery they ain't goin nowhere. Avon makes a cream that can reduce the redness of them. Everybody other than a few lucky women have them. Good luck!
