Yes, twice.
About 10 years ago I was walking my dog down a country lane one night when I saw a figure walking towards me. I was frozen to the spot as his feet werent touching the ground - he was walking about 6 inches above the ground. He just kept on walking straight on past me and eventually disappeared.
Another time I was driving along a road near the border between Northern and Southern Ireland. An army man flagged me down, just like they commonly do in a checkpoint. When I stopped, he just disapperared. I told a neighbour about this and he said I was not the first person that this had happened to at that spot. Three soldiers had been killed there by an IRA landmine in the 1970's.

No i haven't seen a ghost but i am sure i have heard one, the place where i work a lorry driver died (not at work but he had worked there for years) he was really attached to the place and spent alot of hours there, a couple of weeks after he died we began to notice that there was alot of sounds keep happening, things falling over and odd stuff in general, we put this down to Pete (The recently deceased driver) so when ever we heard a bang or a knock we would call out morning Pete and it would stop.
But one day i was working in the workshop on my own when i swear, and i still swear on my life to this day that some body walked in behind me, i stopped what i was doing and turned to look who it was but nobody there, when my work college walked in i asked if he had been in a few minutes earlier and he said no, i made him swear on his life that he hadn't because i was so sure that somebody had walked in behind me, so I'm sure it was Pete walking in behind, nice to think he is still about.

Yes, my Mum has. She was on her own in an office when she saw a grey old fella wearing a dark suit. Everyone said she had seen her own reflection in the glass doors but she's dark haired and was wearing a cream suit.
