I have try to fix my settings in icq like the birthday but it still set at 1969
i try to im blue in the face
after some say why lie about your age
lol told them to tell icq that

When you go into Main, then my details, click on Personal tab on the left. It should allow you to change the info on your birthdate. Once you've changed it click Apply first, then hit OK.

As soon as I read your question I though "who still uses ICQ and why?" try meebo, now you can merge all your IM accounts into one, and you don't have to download anything. It's awesome.
