Okay, here I go. I want to make a website with games and jokes and funny pictures and stuff on. I'm fine with putting these things on the website, but here are the things I need help with:
- I need a good, free host that will support all of the below.
-I need the code (free) to make the login and signup boxes.
-I need to be able to download a free user database thing (I don't know what these are but people are talking about it on the internet, so there you go.
-I need to be able make make pages that only members of my website can access.
And, YES, I want it all free. So, any help?

I don't know about the free hosting. You might check out hotscripts.com for software that will do almost anything you can think of with a web site.

You're not going to find free hosting to run a cgi script. For the code for a membership site, try hotscripts.com
If you don't know what a database is then you're probably over your head with this site design. A database holds your members info, and most hosting accounts come with a database.

cant be done for free. There's a limit to what people will do to help. You way exceeded that limit.
