What does she like? Some kind of necklace, bracelet or a pair of earrings would do nicely, and that way, unless it is a cheap-o, she will take care of it and have it instead of blowing a gift card on lip gloss. Maybe ask her mom what she is getting her and base it off that or get an accessory for something she already has. And, if all that doesn't work, every little girl wants a pony. Good luck!
