I pray, talk to my daughter or hubby and then find something to do on the puter. It's actually quite relaxing for me to be on the puter, so I'll surf the net or play a game or see if a friend is online.

look into something to help relieve stress...what works for me - yoga, Art of Living breathing course, running, going for a walk, watching children play, prayer...

Walk, pray, talk it out ad nauseum in my head, hug my kid...
Just try to cope with it and not go crazy.

i get out my scroll saw and cut out wood stuff....then i paint it and give it away to someone as a "just because" gift....for some reason making people smile releaves alot of my stress and makes me feel great!!!!
