Yes, Scotland and Canada have won the most World Championships, Scotland (Men)/Canada(women). The Canadien men have won 2nd most, while the Scottish lassies have won the second most women's titles. Switzerland, Sweden, USA and Norway round out the elite six, with 4 other teams moving up from the B pool each year like Germany, Japan, Italy, New Zealand, England, Finland, Denmark and I think last year even China's women made it.

Yes it's an international game. There are the Olympics, and the world championships are held every year. There is also a Ryder Cup style event, the Continental Cup which has the best North American curlers against the best from Europe.

I FIRST thought to be shocked that you didn't know it was international! I mean it deserves as much respect as any other sport! but then i realized that this is a VERY valid question! I mean, curling is definitely not as popular as hockey or soccer. And there aren't televised league like in hockey, or baseball or soccer. So it could be confusing!! But yes, it is interntional! they play at the olympics, and there are world championships, and national games. It is a VERY competitive sport! So thanks for asking that! And maybe clearing it up for others! IT was a very good question :)

It's actually a sport, but have you been living in a cave? It's been international for years, and originated in Scotland. Sheesh.
