Yep Heart disease kills more, is preventable over 90% of the time, and is curable even in very advanced stages in more than 80% of cases all though diet.
Why more breast cancer awareness? Because the company that started and sponsors the pink ribbon campaign is the same company that makes drugs for breast cancer.

And thousands of men die of breast cancer.
When I was younger a dietician turned around and told me "women can't have heart attacks"
Cancer is a huge killer, but not enough screening is done. When lumps are found in young women they are told..you are too young, its probably a cyst. I am sorry I am diviating!!
People are less healthy now adays, and smoking is higher, fatty fast foods are consumed more from a young age (when I was young, I went about twice a year, as a treat). People can't cook so turn to ready meals stuffed with additives and and preservitives. Driving another cause, the fumes and pollution that people breathe in, sitting instead of walking.
Our lifestyles in general don't help, and when a woman tries to do everything, work, look after her children, look after her family, juggle everything, it will take its toll on her body!
Rant over!

Why no longer. all of us understand a lot extra about what causes lung maximum cancers and heart ailment than we do with breast maximum cancers. we've in elementary words spent fairly some funds on breast maximum cancers for type of 10 years we've spent various funds on heart ailment a lot longer (understand that we nevertheless have some distance to bypass and funds to spend on women individuals's heart ailment and clinical care because it isn't a similar as adult males's). if you're no longer attentive to it you could manage or remedy it in time. I in simple terms went through prostate maximum cancers surgical procedure. i develop into fortunate as each and every thing and all and various suggested i did not have maximum cancers depending on the conventional procedures yet I took it one step extra and had a biopsy done and they found maximum cancers which I had to have surgically bumped off. an identical challenge got here about to my mom and the improvements then weren't so some distance as they at the on the spot are and he or she died from it. So what's the reason there are fairly some issues that favor to be addressed to remove this or make extra strides ahead to helping women individuals with this poor ailment. i wish this helps and also you get your self curious about fixing the challenge and not in any respect condemning what's being performed. good luck

Yes, it has to do with how now..we women live much the same lifestyle as our male counterparts have been for centuries now. We became more equal but in the unhealthy ways as well. As far as diet, stressors, smoking, working outside of the home. We are now exposed to the same risk factors, so we suffer heart disease and heart attacks almost equally now.
