Ask them or you can look to see if there is any wear and tear on the furniture.....

ask them,, i rented a huge tv that i am going to buy and requested a new one and they got me a brand new one,, i know because they uncrated ringht in my living room

you could ask them.sometimes you can tell look for usage,its hard to have furniture and not bang it or scuff it up.spills,tears.
