I take this personal especially seeing the amount of women up in this yahoo answers that complain about their lazy couch bum boyfriends and husbands, and how they do everything for them. It seems like women tend to baby and spoil these type of men but when they meet men who work hard, are ambitious, help around the house etc, they tend to be hard on these men and take alot of frustrations of the couch bum men on the hardworking ones. I speak out of experience from some women I've dated also. I think its annoying.

My husband is a very hard working man and I will spoil him rotten:) He works his @$$ off everydayso when he comes home at night I want to make sure dinner is ready because the poor man is starving when he gets home. I will jump through hoops for my sweet husband. I just wish he'd help less around the house because he does have a job with A Lot of hard Manual Labor. (Mechanic)
Those women that stay with lazy S.O.Bs Need help they gotta realize men hardworking men are like Gold Rare & beautiful.

The nature of women is the inch-mile thing. They will seldom thank you for what you've done ,only ask "what more" you'll do.There is no "enough". You have to set your own limits and not be taken advantage of. Don't get me wrong, I believe they appreciate and value whats done for them, they just won't say so because the 'well may then run dry. So there is never enough. As for the "Spoiling" ? Answers ,is only so real,Women may say they are spoiling their men ,when in reality they are doing the bare minimum. My experience is that women always 'take' far more than they 'give'

I just asked a question about why is my boyfriend so selfish? but part of the reason I'm still with him is because I love him and I'm hopeing he grow up, someday. But honestly I feel like those are the only ones that ever came my way.If I had a hard working man I would treat him just as good as I do even though he's not working.

A man went into a pharmacy and asked to talk to a male pharmacist. The woman he was talking to said that she was the pharmacist and that she and her sister owned the store, so there were no males employed there. She then asked if there was something she could help the gentleman with. The man said "this is embarrassing for me, but I have a permanent erection which causes me a lot of problems and severe embarrassment. I was wondering what you could give me for it?" the hard working ones are in A+-in my book-have no room for the lazy loser/ don't know why any one would stay w/ a bum/ but i know plenty of women that do-can't figure it out??? The only way i see it-is they think they can't get any better/very low self esteem/or the whole love is blind "thing" but that get's old after awhile-and they'll be sorry! My man got me hooked-because he was sweet w/ all the above-so stay the way you are-nice guys do!!! finish first!!!

My husband works hard 7 days a week. I work as well so it has gotten a little harder for me to cook dinner, but I try. He helps out around the house and I am really appreciative of it. I let him know that I appreciate his hard work and helpfulness. Guys need to hear that sometimes. I like to do nice things for him from time to time like make his favorite cookies or buy him some flowers because he likes them. I like to be nice to my husband.

if you haven't noticed yet women are never satisfied,we complain about the lazy ones we complain about the hardworking ones,but i think the spoiling of the lazy men stems from the need for women to mother something,it makes a woman happy to wait hand and foot on someone and feel appreciated,it might be that women complain about hardworking men because they don't seem to need us as much...i dunno just a thought

it makes the women feel needed and important. me who are helpful and hardworking could make it on their own if they had to. Some women need that security that their man will always need them. I know this because I am one of those women. But, after 5 years of taking care of him, he's finally starting to take care of me.

i spoil my bf a lot. though he can be lazy at times...when he works he works. he does what he has to do to pay the bills and he works hard at his jobs. not all women spoil lazy couch potato men.

It has nothing to do with being lazy or hardworking. It has everything to do with your foot sniffing abilities.
If you are a good foot sniffer to your woman you can get away with anything you want.
If you are a bad foot sniffer or not a foot sniffer at all then you will not be spoiled or be able to get away with anything.
