Or if like the water is affected? See, the maintenence guys at our apartment are just really slow, so they haven't gotten around to coming to fix it yet, and we've tried to fix it ourself, it just hasnt' worked out so well. Both the bathtub and the sink drains have been clogged for about 3 weeks now.

DEPENDS ON WHERE THE CLOG IS, & IF IT HAS ALLOWED THE " P - TRAP" TO DRY OUT & ALLOW SEWER GAS TO ENTER HOUSE.

call the village building inspector and file a complaint
the landlord will fix it the same day instead of paying fines
something similar happened where I used to live, the building inspector already had several complaints about this guy, repairman showed up in about two hours, all I did was call the Village, and they made all the necessary calls

that's nasty! It's got to be a health issue and I would think there is a law that would force the super or landlord to have those fixed immediately! Contact your local legal aid society!!
