It depends on who does the winking. If it's some hot guy that's fine. However, if it's some old crusty guy or a co-worker or something than yea, I get a little nervous and wonder what they are thinking.

Sometimes. All depends on the circumstances. I've had co-workers or friends wink at me in a nice way; if strangers do it in a weird way then I do get nervous.

I had this girl winking at me one time, so I made a move.... Turns out that she just had this oddity where sometimes when she unconsciously blinked only one eye would blink....=0)

They don't make me nervous and most aren't hot. The ones who make me nervous are the ones who call you sweetheart or honey when you don't even know them.
