Notme and Mordent you guys are pretty good at using Google. Your answer is correct it was Ayman al-Zawahri Al-Qaida's second in command.
But it sounds awfully close to a couple of Democrats' campaign speeches.

I wonder is al-Zawahri going to run for office in the US? It sure sounds like it. How much longer will it be before Al-Qaida has its own political party here in the US?

It sounds like al-Zawahri has a solid platform to run on.

Oh, I forgot Christians and the US Government blow up the Twin Towers and Pentagon. I learned that from the anti-war protest in San Francisco two months back.
