Hi there Annie.
There are two ways - Immaculate Conception (probably too elitist) or In Vitro fertilization (painful and expensive and time-consuming.)
If the problem is because your partner might not be virile, then In-Vitro might not work for you as he would have to provide some sperm.
I don't know your circumstances ... maybe you are in a loving relationship but have sexual problems, or your partner does; or maybe you are single but just want a baby; lots of reasons for asking this question.
If you love your partner and want the baby to have his genes, and your partner can't provide the sperm, as awful as it might sound at first you might consider getting a sperm donation for the In Vitro from one of his male relatives. Yuk! I know. My initial reaction too. Depends how much this means to you and what you both want. If you think of it as just a biological function you might feel less repulsed.
Otherwise, adoption?
