I just noticed it all over London on building sites. I had a suspicon it may be pronounced "docker" but looking at its origins I think those who say "Dock-Ra" may have it: http://www.docwras.org.uk/origins.htm

They are being sued for over £100 million for threatening and abusing their workforce and breaching contracts.. If anyone else has suffered at the hands of this abysmal contractor e-mail me. The more people that come forward the more we can sue them.
