For a while now, a manager at a particular restaurant my friends and I like to go to has been in appropirately touching me. Some times it's okay and some times it makes me feel uncomfortable. He does things like tickle me and rub my arms and normally does it where other customers and possibly some of his staff can see it. I woke up this morning crying about. It's starting to make me feel very molested. What can do? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Just look him in the eye and say, "Please don't touch me." Be firm and clear that you will not accept it.
If he keeps doing it report him to the company that owns the restaurant. If you are under 18, tell your parents.

You can't have it both ways. Either it is wrong or it isn't
Tell him to stop, this is not only inappropriate, it is unprofessional.
If he doesn't stop, slap him in front of his customers and your friends and yell real loud that you told him to stop, and then storm out.
Get yourself an attorney and sue the heck out of the restraunt.

Stop going to the restaurant. Notify the owner of the restaurant and, if the restaurant is a chain, notify the home office, also.
It's wrong, and ultimately, something like that will hurt not only you but also the restaurant, as well.

Hello, how old are you? If it doesnt feel right thats because is not. Call the cops on his ***. Or make a scene in front of everyone so you can have your own witness. Obviously he doesnt care when he does it in front of everyone, or talk to him firm about it before you do it.

First, you need to tell him to stop because it makes you uncomfortable, and you do not like it. Then if he does it again, that is sexual harassment, and you can and should file a complaint against him with the police. Good luck.

mention that you feel uncomfortable to your friends and either go to another resstaurant. or get two friends to stay one on each side of you so he can't get near you. or makke a comment like hands off the merchandise while looking him straight in the eye he will get the point.

Tell him privately so he doesn't get embarrassed. He may be imagining signals that you aren't sending. If it's ok sometimes, then he probably thinks it's ok all of the time unless he is psychic. If you are underage, tell his manager, and your parents.
